Delivery & Shipping Information

We ship worldwide and do our best to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. All orders are shipped with tracking, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within up to 14 business days, though in many cases it happens faster.

Shipping times by region

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping service used:

Ukraine — 2–3 business days (via Nova Poshta, according to carrier rates)
Europe — approximately 2–3 weeks
USA & other international destinations — approximately 2–4 weeks

All international orders are shipped from Ukraine.

Pre-orders & release periods

For items marked as Pre-Order, production time is added to the shipping timeframe.
During major drops or high-volume releases, shipping times may increase slightly due to the number of orders.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Please allow some time for order processing before tracking becomes active.
