We want you to enjoy your purchase. If something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to help and sort things out fairly.
Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange if the item you received is damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t match the product description.

Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition, including tags and packaging.

After 14 days, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping is covered by the customer.
Before sending anything back, please contact us so we can confirm the return details.
Before returning an item

Please include your order confirmation or invoice in the package.

For exchanges, clearly specify the item, size, and color you’d like instead.

We recommend contacting us in advance to check availability.

During sales or limited drops, sizes cannot be reserved.
Limited drops & special releases

Items purchased during limited drops, early releases, or special promotions may be considered final sale.

Orders placed during the first minutes of a drop can only be refunded in case of a serious issue (wrong item, defect, or damage).

Orders connected to giveaways, promotions, or special campaigns may not be eligible for returns to keep things fair for everyone.

In these cases, refund decisions are handled individually by our support team.
Order cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting us.

If the order has already been dispatched, it will be handled as a return under the policy above.
Taxes & duties
Customs fees, import taxes, or duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. These charges depend on your country and are outside of our control.
